Easy ordering online

Some of the articles and teacher materials will be available free of charge. You will be able to purchase others via the online shopping cart system.

You can add articles to the shopping cart and then keep browsing the site.  Return to the shopping cart via the links at the bottom left and top right of your screen. Your details will be saved to a session cookie while you have David's site open.  This will allow you to freely browse this site and return to your shopping cart at any time.

Please read the Copyright & Privacy notices for further information on cookies. If you choose to disable cookies on your system, you will not be able to purchase from David online. You will have to contact him to make alternative arrangements.

Once you get to the 'Customer Details' screen you will be asked to enter an email address. Your order confirmation will be sent to this address. Once you have paid for your item you will receive an email with the materials attached. (Please allow 2-4 weeks, as I'm often working interstate or overseas.)

You can return to this site at any time to check your Order Status by entering your order email address as well as your 'Order ID'

If you are from an educational institution you will also be given the opportunity to enter your school name and purchase order number directly into the shopping cart details screen.

At the end of the shopping cart process, you will be returned to a screen which will display your order confirmation details. You will also receive this information via the email address which you entered into the shopping cart screen.

This order confirmation will provide you with your 'Order ID' and the payment options available to you.
